Smörgåstårta according to Johnny

This is a Swedish cake called smörgåstårta. It is essentially a big sandwich with lots of mayo, different meats, shellfish types, and served cold.  At work they serve this for celebration or special holidays.

Overall, I don't care that much for it. I find it to have too much mayo and it doesn't look appealing to me. I really need to introduce them to a Chicago Italian beef sandwich...
