I know most of you will find this both fascinating and horrifying so I thought I would share. Emma's school has asked that we bring a stroller sleeping bag (it's a fairly common baby item here. You see them at most stores since so many people walk around no matter the weather) because the kids sleep outside in their strollers all winter. She said if it's really cold (I'm not sure what constitutes really cold) they bring them inside. Otherwise, the kids don't spread germs as much and sleep better overall when outside.
